Are you a CNC operator who thrives in a technically advanced production environment where precision and quality are in focus? We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible CNC operator for an assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will work with complex machining on modern machines where accuracy, structure, and safety are crucial. You will work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure stable and efficient production.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to high quality in the manufacturing process and who enjoys working solution-oriented in a workshop environment.

As a CNC operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Programming and setting up CNC machines

• Ensuring production is carried out according to plan

• Performing self-inspections of manufactured parts

• Labeling and documentation after completed operations

• Reporting deviations and contributing with improvement suggestions

• Carrying out preventive maintenance according to established routines

• Ensuring correct information transfer during shift changes

• Handling waste and chemicals according to applicable guidelines

• Contributing to resource-efficient production through responsible use of materials and energy

• Participating in other workshop-related tasks as needed

• Experience as a CNC operator

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents

• Experience in programming and setting up CNC machines

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious in your work approach

• Experience from the manufacturing industry or heavy production

• Experience in improvement work in a production environment

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and work on assignment for our client. The assignment is planned to start as soon as possible or by agreement.

The work is scheduled for shift work.
